Personal Data:
EDHEC Business School, a non-profit association governed by the French Law of 1901, with its registered office at 24 Avenue Gustave Delory, 59100 ROUBAIX – France, has implemented, as part of its policy for the prevention of and fight against violence, a processing system enabling it to collect and manage reports.
To this end, EDHEC and its service provider, BeSignal, undertake to ensure that the processing of personal data carried out on the platform https://edhec.signalement.net/
complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
The processing does not involve automated decision-making. The platform limits the collection of personal data to what is strictly necessary, and the reporting party may choose to remain anonymous. Data are processed by EDHEC’s designated contact persons and, depending on the seriousness of the facts, by EDHEC’s General Management and/or Legal Department.
The legal basis for the processing is EDHEC’s legal obligation and the legitimate interest of reporting parties. The data are not transferred outside the European Union. After the closure of the report, the data are either deleted within two months or archived where disciplinary or legal proceedings are initiated against the person concerned or against the author of an abusive report, and are then deleted at the end of the proceedings and after the expiry of any appeal periods.
EDHEC’s Data Protection Officer (DPO) is your point of contact for any request to exercise your rights regarding the processing of your personal data. You may contact the DPO at the following address: dpo@edhec.edu
